MongoDB Reports Fiscal 2025 Growth but Issues Lower-Than-Expected Guidance
MongoDB reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 revenue of $548.4 million, a 20% increase year-over-year, surpassing the consensus estimate of $520.54 million. Earnings per share of $1.28 exceeded analyst expectations by $0.62.
For the full year, revenue grew 19% to $2.01 billion, driven by a 24% increase in MongoDB Atlas revenue, which accounted for 71% of fourth-quarter sales. 1,900 customers added during the quarter, bringing its total to 54,500. Net income for the quarter was $15.8 million, or $0.20 per share, compared to a net loss of $55.5 million, or $0.77 per share, in the prior year.
Operating losses narrowed to $18.6 million from $71.0 million, and cash flow from operations reached $50.5 million. However, deferred revenue came in at $360 million, below the expected $370.4 million.
For fiscal 2026, MongoDB forecasts earnings per share between $2.44 and $2.62, below the analyst consensus of $3.39. Full-year revenue is projected between $2.24 billion and $2.28 billion, short of the expected $2.32 billion. For the first quarter, MongoDB expects revenue between $524 million and $529 million, in line with the consensus of $526 billion, and earnings per share between $0.63 and $0.67, slightly above the $0.63 analyst estimate.

Marvell Technology Reports Strong Q4 Results, Provides In-Line Guidance for Q1
Marvell Technology reported fourth-quarter revenue of $1.82 billion, slightly surpassing the consensus estimate of $1.8 billion and marking a 27% year-over-year increase. Marvell posted earnings per share of $0.60, beating analyst expectations by $0.01. Net income for the quarter was $200.2 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, while adjusted net income totaled $531.4 million.
Marvell generated $514.0 million in operating cash flow during the quarter and $1.68 billion for the full fiscal year. Marvell reported an annual net loss of $885.0 million, or $1.02 per diluted share, while adjusted full-year earnings stood at $1.377 billion, or $1.57 per diluted share. Marvell also returned $933 million to shareholders through stock buybacks and dividends.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, Marvell provided revenue guidance of $1.875 billion, aligning with analyst expectations of $1.87 billion. Marvell expects earnings per share in the range of $0.56 to $0.66, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.60. Its data center segment generated $1.37 billion in revenue during the fourth quarter, reflecting a 78% year-over-year increase driven by demand for custom AI chips.

Fourth-quarter operating income rose 39% year over year to $188.4 million, while net income for the quarter was $195.6 million, up 33%. Veeva ended the year with 1,477 customers, including 1,125 in Veeva R&D Solutions and 730 in Veeva Commercial Solutions.
Looking ahead, Veeva expects Q1 fiscal 2025 EPS between $1.74 and $1.75, above the consensus estimate of $1.62, with projected revenues between $726 million and $729 million, slightly exceeding the consensus of $725.8 million. For fiscal 2026, Veeva forecasts EPS of approximately $7.32, higher than the consensus estimate of $6.97, with projected revenues ranging from $3.04 billion to $3.05 billion, slightly below the consensus of $3.06 billion.
