onsemi Reports Fiscal Year 2024 Results Amid Market Volatility; Forecasts Lower Q1 2025 Revenue

onsemi announced its fourth quarter and full-year 2024 results, reporting Q4 revenue of $1.72 billion, below analysts’ expectations of $1.76 billion. GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins for the quarter were 45.2% and 45.3%, respectively. Operating margins stood at 23.7% on a GAAP basis and 26.7% on a non-GAAP basis. GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) reached $0.88, while non-GAAP diluted EPS came in at $0.95, missing consensus estimates of $0.97.

For fiscal year 2024, onsemi achieved free cash flow of $1.2 billion, marking a threefold increase year-over-year, with 54% of this cash flow returned to shareholders through share repurchases.

Looking ahead, onsemi provided a cautious forecast for the first quarter of 2025, citing weak demand for automotive chips. Revenue anticipated between $1.35 billion and $1.45 billion, below Wall Street’s estimate of $1.69 billion. Adjusted EPS is expected to range between $0.45 and $0.55, missing analysts’ projections of $0.89.

monday.com Reports Strong Q4 Results, Provides Positive 2025 Revenue Guidance

monday.com reported fourth-quarter revenue of $268.0 million, surpassing the consensus estimate of $261.37 million and representing a 32% increase year-over-year. Earnings per share (EPS) came in at $1.08, beating analyst expectations by $0.29. 

monday.com achieved non-GAAP operating income of $40.3 million, with a 15% operating margin, up from 10% in the same quarter of 2023. GAAP operating income was $9.6 million, compared to a loss of $1.1 million a year ago. The net dollar retention rate improved to 112%, while free cash flow reached $72.7 million, up from $55.4 million in the prior year period.

For the full fiscal year 2024, revenue grew 33% to $972.0 million. GAAP operating loss narrowed to $21.0 million from $38.6 million in 2023, while non-GAAP operating income nearly doubled to $132.4 million, with a 14% operating margin. Paid customers with over $50,000 in ARR grew 39% to 3,201, while those with over $100,000 in ARR rose 45% to 1,207.

Looking ahead, monday.com forecasts Q1 2025 revenue between $274 million and $276 million, exceeding the consensus estimate of $273.9 million. Full-year 2025 guidance projects revenue between $1.21 billion and $1.22 billion, aligning with market expectations.

SPS Commerce Exceeds Q4 EPS and Revenue Estimates, Provides Cautious 2025 Guidance

SPS Commerce announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, marking its 96th consecutive quarter of top line growth. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $170.9 million, surpassing the consensus estimate of $168.76 million and reflecting an 18% increase from $145.0 million in the same period of 2023. 

Recurring revenue grew 19% year-over-year. SPS Commerce reported earnings per share (EPS) of $0.89, beating analyst estimates of $0.87. Net income for the quarter was $17.6 million or $0.46 per diluted share, compared to $19.0 million or $0.51 per diluted share a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 18% to $49.6 million.

For fiscal year 2024, revenue totaled $637.8 million, a 19% increase from $536.9 million in 2023. Recurring revenue rose by 20%, contributing to a net income of $77.1 million or $2.04 per diluted share, up 17% from $65.8 million or $1.76 per diluted share in 2023. 

SPS Commerce provided guidance for Q1 2025, expecting EPS between $0.82 and $0.84, below the consensus estimate of $0.92. Revenue guidance for Q1 2025 was set between $178.5 million and $180.0 million, near the consensus estimate of $179.2 million. 

For fiscal year 2025, SPS Commerce anticipates EPS between $3.78 and $3.84, slightly below the consensus of $3.92, and revenue between $758.0 million and $763.0 million, aligning closely with the consensus of $761.2 million.
