Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 11, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the anachart.com website (the “Service”) operated by AnaChart (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

About the Service

AnaChart is an internet-based search, process, and display engine. The platform allows users to visually screen price targets and valuations made by third-party analysts over time and in comparison to other analysts and insider traders that cover or trade on the same security, in context with stocks, bonds, ETFs, and Mutual Funds traded on various stock exchanges.

Data Sourcing and Methodology

Data displayed on AnaChart is sourced directly from publicly available information including broker-dealer research disclosures, financial wire services, official firm investor relations communications, and financial news media. AnaChart employs a mosaic methodology, aggregating and organizing information that has been published and distributed by the originating firms prior to appearing on this platform.

AnaChart does not:

  • Scrape or aggregate search engine results
  • Reproduce proprietary research reports or non-public information
  • Access or redistribute material non-public information (MNPI)
  • Repackage or resell raw data feeds from licensed data providers without authorization

All analyst ratings, price targets, and firm affiliations displayed on this platform were published by the originating broker-dealer or financial institution and entered the public domain prior to being indexed by AnaChart. AnaChart’s role is limited to aggregation, organization, and display of this publicly available information.

The display of analyst names, ratings, and price targets on AnaChart does not constitute an endorsement of any analyst or firm, nor does it imply any affiliation between AnaChart and the analyst’s employer. Analyst data is presented for informational and historical tracking purposes only.

AnaChart makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of displayed data but does not guarantee completeness or timeliness. AnaChart does not hold accountability over the accuracy, validity, or completeness of analyst or insider trader information displayed, or of opinions expressed. Users should verify material information directly with the originating firm before making investment decisions.

AnaChart provides a performance score per stock. The algorithm formula that calculates this score is available for explanation on the AnaChart YouTube Channel. Any judgment or action based upon information presented on the site is made entirely upon the user’s sole discretion and caution.

AnaChart (anachart.com) provides information about publicly available analyst ratings and price targets for informational purposes only. All data displayed is sourced from publicly available broker-dealer disclosures and financial media. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any analyst or firm. Past analyst accuracy is not indicative of future performance. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

AnaChart processes the following categories of personal data relating to financial analysts, including those based in the EEA: full name, employer and firm affiliation, professional title and role, publicly issued analyst ratings and price targets, and accuracy and performance metrics derived from the above.

AnaChart does not process special categories of personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9, personal contact information such as private email addresses or phone numbers, or any data that analysts have not themselves made public in a professional capacity.

Lawful Basis for Processing

AnaChart processes the personal data of EEA-based analysts on the basis of Legitimate Interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Our legitimate interests are: providing investors with accurate, organized, and historically contextualized information about publicly issued analyst research; supporting market transparency and informed investment decision-making; and operating a financial data platform serving the public interest in accessible market information.

All data processed was voluntarily published by the analyst or their employer in a professional capacity. The data relates exclusively to professional activities, not private life. Analysts operating in public capital markets have a reduced expectation of privacy with respect to their professional outputs. The processing does not involve sensitive categories of data.

Right to Erasure · Article 17

You may request deletion of your personal data. AnaChart will honor erasure requests where there is no overriding legitimate interest in retaining the data. Historical analyst data forming part of an auditable public record may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit data subject requests by email to [email protected]. Include your full name, the specific data you are referencing, and the right you wish to exercise. AnaChart will respond within 30 calendar days. No fee is charged for reasonable requests.

Retention

Professional data relating to analysts is retained for as long as it is publicly available from the original source and serves a legitimate informational purpose. Where a valid erasure request is received and upheld, data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized or aggregated historical performance data may be retained indefinitely for market research and platform functionality purposes.
