Cloudflare reported first quarter revenue of $479.1 million, a 27% increase year-over-year and ahead of the consensus estimate of $469.65 million. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.16, matching analyst expectations.
Operating income totaled $56 million, or 12% of revenue, while Cloudflare recorded a loss from operations of $53.2 million, or 11% of revenue. Net income was $58.4 million, with diluted earnings per share of $0.16. Gross profit reached $369.3 million, representing a margin of 77.1%, compared to $301.1 million and 79.5% in the prior year.
For the second quarter of fiscal 2025, Cloudflare expects revenue of $500 to $501 million. Below the $500.9 million consensus, and earnings per share of $0.18, versus the $0.19 expected by analysts. For the full fiscal year, Cloudflare projects revenue between $2.09 billion and $2.094 billion, in line with consensus, and earnings per share of $0.79 to $0.8, compared to the Street estimate of $0.82.

Peloton Shares Slide on Wider-Than-Expected Q3 Loss Despite Slight Revenue Beat
Peloton Interactive reported mixed financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended March 31, posting a net loss of $0.12 per share. This is $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of a $0.07 loss. Revenue for the quarter totaled $624 million, narrowly beating the consensus forecast of $623.03 million.
On a year-over-year basis, total revenue declined 13%, with Connected Fitness Products revenue falling 27% to $205.5 million and Subscription revenue down 4% to $418.5 million. Gross margin improved to 42.4%, up from 39.3% a year ago.
Peloton ended the quarter with 2.88 million paid Connected Fitness subscriptions, a 6% decrease year-over-year, though 10,000 above the high end of its guidance. Average Net Monthly Connected Fitness Churn remained stable at 1.3%.
For the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025, Peloton guided revenue in the range of $2.455 billion to $2.47 billion, which brackets the $2.46 billion consensus estimate. Additionally, Peloton raised its FY25 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $330 to $350 million and expects to generate approximately $250 million in free cash flow.

Hut 8 ended the quarter with a reserve of 10,264 Bitcoin valued at approximately $847.2 million and total energy capacity under management of 1,020 MW. Also advanced its infrastructure platform with the launch of American Bitcoin, a majority-owned subsidiary focused on industrial-scale mining and strategic Bitcoin accumulation.
Key developments included ongoing construction at the 205 MW Vega site—over 70% of capital expenditures incurred—and groundbreaking at the 592-acre River Bend campus in Louisiana. Hut 8’s development pipeline stood at ~10,800 MW, including ~2,600 MW under exclusivity. Power revenue for the quarter totaled $4.4 million, digital infrastructure contributed $1.3 million, and compute-related operations, including mining and GPU services, generated $16.1 million.
