Micron, Liquidia, Occidental Price Targets, October 1 2026

Micron Technology (MU)

Micron designs and makes memory and storage chips. Its lineup spans DRAM and NAND flash. It also makes high-bandwidth memory modules for AI servers. Those modules feed data centers built for AI training. The company sells to PC makers too, under its own Crucial brand. The Boise company carries a market cap near $1.19 trillion. Micron trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker MU.

Micron reported fourth-quarter results Wednesday, after the close. EPS reached $33.42, a $2.26 beat over the $31.16 consensus. Revenue came in at $54.23 billion. That beat the $50.45 billion estimate, per StreetInsider. Both figures mark the steepest beat Micron has posted all year. Micron’s average EPS beat rate over its last eight quarters runs 22.5%, per StreetInsider. The next report is due December 23. That covers the first quarter of fiscal 2027.

Two analysts weighed in on Micron today, a Thursday. C.J. Muse of Cantor Fitzgerald reiterated his Overweight rating and held his price target at $2000, the highest on the Street. N. Quinn Bolton of Needham reaffirmed his Buy rating and kept his own target at $1650.

Gerra, Bryson and Cassidy carry the longest records on Micron

Tristan Gerra of Baird has hit his price target 45 of 49 times. That’s a 91.84% rate. His average realized gain runs 44.22%. Matt Bryson of Wedbush sits at 39 of 44, or 88.64%. His own target is $1400. Kevin Cassidy of Rosenblatt runs the strongest mark of the three. He’s hit 51 of 53, or 96.23%. His target sits at $1500.

Liquidia Corporation (LQDA)

Liquidia is a biopharmaceutical company. It’s based in Morrisville, North Carolina. It develops and sells inhaled and oral treprostinil therapies. Those treat pulmonary hypertension. Its lead product is Yutrepia. Yutrepia treats pulmonary arterial hypertension. It also treats PH-ILD, a form tied to interstitial lung disease. The company carries a market cap near $2.55 billion. Liquidia trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker LQDA.

Liquidia posted second-quarter revenue of $171.68 million. That’s just above the $170.98 million analysts expected. EPS came in at $0.74, two cents short of the $0.76 consensus, per StreetInsider. The FDA granted Yutrepia a separate Fast Track designation last month, for a form of scleroderma-linked Raynaud’s phenomenon. The next report is due November 10.

A Delaware court ruled yesterday, a Wednesday. It found that Yutrepia infringes a treprostinil patent. That patent belongs to rival United Therapeutics. The dispute centers on PH-ILD. Both companies target that same patient population. Julian Harrison of BTIG downgraded Liquidia today, a Thursday. He moved the stock to Neutral from Buy, citing the ruling. He did not set a new price target. Serge Belanger of Needham took a different stance the same day. He kept his Buy rating. He lowered his target from $110 to $72. Raymond James‘ Ryan Deschner also acted on Liquidia today. He cut his rating to Outperform from Strong Buy. He lowered his target to $53 from $106.

Twenty-seven analysts cover Liquidia in total. Twenty-five of the ratings on file are a Buy. One is a Sell. One is a Hold. That’s a 92.59% Buy share. The average target across the group is $68.65. AnaChart’s file on the stock goes back to August 2018, its first documented forecast.

Harrison, Belanger and Fein built their records before today’s call

Occidental Petroleum is an energy company. It explores for and produces oil and natural gas. Most of that work spans the Permian Basin and the Gulf of Mexico. The company also runs OxyChem, a chemicals arm. It runs 1PointFive too, a direct air capture venture. That venture aims to pull carbon out of the atmosphere. The Houston company carries a market cap near $55.71 billion. Occidental trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker OXY.

Occidental posted second-quarter EPS of $2.40. That beat the $1.86 consensus by 54 cents. Revenue reached $8.33 billion. That beat a $7.22 billion estimate, per StreetInsider. The company has topped EPS estimates in six of its last eight quarters. Occidental also carries a 2.02% dividend yield, per Benzinga. The next report is due November 10.

Neil Mehta of Goldman Sachs upgraded Occidental today, a Thursday. He moved the stock to Buy from Neutral. He also raised his price target from $63 to $69, a six-dollar increase.

Twenty-two analysts cover Occidental. The split runs 28.4% Buy, 55.56% Hold and 16.05% Sell. That’s among the more divided splits on the Street. The average target across the group is $60.58. Before today, Wells Fargo’s Margolin had been the most recent analyst to update a target on the stock, on September 14.

Margolin, Richardson and Minervino set the bar on Occidental

Sam Margolin of Wells Fargo has hit his price target 2 of 7 times. That’s a 28.57% rate. His own target sits at $82, the highest on the Street. Stephen Richardson of Evercore sits at 6 of 11, or 54.55%. His target is $70. Charles Minervino of Susquehanna carries the strongest hit rate of the three, at 5 of 6, or 83.33%. His average hold runs 63 days, the shortest of the group.
