The Kraft Heinz Company has undergone several changes throughout its history. It was formerly known as H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation, and in July 2015, it changed its name to The Kraft Heinz Company. The company has also been involved in several mergers and acquisitions, including the merger of Kraft Foods and H.J. Heinz Company in 2015.
