Selected Stock Price Target News — July 20, 2026

Three desks raised targets on $DDOG Monday morning, led by the same two banks that also moved $NET. At $USB, two analysts who’d been skeptical of U.S. Bancorp upgraded after last week’s Q2 earnings.

AI Monitoring Demand Pulls Three Desks Higher on Datadog

What Datadog Sells

Datadog sells cloud monitoring and security software. Its platform covers infrastructure monitoring, application performance management, log management, cloud SIEM, and AI observability tools. Revenue is almost entirely subscription-based. In Q1 2026, Datadog reported revenue of $1.006 billion, up 32% from a year earlier. That was the company’s first billion-dollar quarter. For Q2 2026, Datadog guided to $1.07 to $1.08 billion. Full-year 2026 guidance sits at $4.30 to $4.34 billion. Enterprises building AI infrastructure are now increasingly running Datadog’s observability tools alongside their model deployments.

Three Desks Move Monday Morning

Patrick Walravens at Citizens raised his Datadog target from $225 to $311, keeping a Market Outperform. Ryan Macwilliams at Wells Fargo moved from $230 to $295, keeping an Overweight. Ittai Kidron at Oppenheimer also raised from $220 to $300, keeping an Outperform. All three stayed at their buy-side ratings.

The three join a wave that built through the prior week. Karl Keirstead at UBS raised to $315 on July 16. Eric Heath at KeyBanc raised to $320 the same day. Specifically, Heath cited positive survey data from IT and security partners. Gregg Moskowitz at Mizuho raised to $300 on July 15.

Still, not everyone moved in the same direction. Peter Weed at Bernstein cut Datadog from Outperform to Market Perform on July 6. His target sits at $226, below where the stock currently trades. That downgrade came six weeks before Monday’s three raises.

Where the Targets Stand

AnaChart records 35 analysts on Datadog over the last twelve months. The consensus price target is $246.91. Notably, the high is $330, set by Benchmark on July 2. The low is $139, specifically from Goldman Sachs in May. Datadog’s stock trades near $256, above the current consensus figure.

Cloudflare Draws Eight Desk Moves in Two Weeks as Q2 Nears

What Cloudflare Sells

Cloudflare runs a global cloud network for security and connectivity. It sells Zero Trust security, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), content delivery, DDoS protection, and an AI gateway that routes and caches AI workloads. Revenue is roughly 95% subscription. In Q1 2026, the company reported revenue of $639.8 million, up 34% from the year before. Full-year 2026 guidance is $2.81 billion. The company also announced a roughly 20% workforce reduction in May, about 1,100 positions, to lower operating costs ahead of its next earnings cycle.

Citizens Sets a New High

Walravens at Citizens raised his Cloudflare target from $270 to $330, keeping a Market Outperform. That’s the highest published price target on AnaChart’s board for NET. Macwilliams at Wells Fargo also raised from $270 to $300, keeping his Overweight.

The two joined a streak that started July 7. Keith Weiss at Morgan Stanley raised to $322 on July 17. Moskowitz at Mizuho raised to $310 on July 15. Shaul Eyal at TD Cowen raised to $300 on July 13. Saket Kalia at Barclays raised to $300 the same day. In all, at least eight distinct desk actions landed on Cloudflare in 13 days.

Cloudflare is expected to report Q2 results in late July or early August. The May workforce reduction eliminated roughly 1,100 positions to cut costs ahead of earnings. Since then, its AI gateway has drawn new enterprise attention from cloud infrastructure teams.

Walravens’ Record on 60 Stocks

AnaChart tracks Walravens across 60 stocks and 1,383 price targets. His met ratio is 55.19%. Average upside on his calls: 26.45%, reached within about 167 days. In all, his $330 Cloudflare target is the highest he has published on that stock.

The AnaChart consensus on NET is Buy, with a consensus target of $249.84. The high is Citizens’ new $330. The low is $140, set before the recent wave of raises. Yet the stock trades near $278, above the consensus figure.

Two Q2 Earnings Holdouts Upgrade U.S. Bancorp

How U.S. Bancorp Makes Money

U.S. Bancorp is the fifth-largest U.S. bank by assets. Net interest income is its biggest revenue driver. That’s the spread between what the bank earns on loans and securities and what it pays out on deposits. Additionally, fee income is the second driver: payment services, trust and wealth management, mortgage banking, and trading.

In Q2 2026, the bank reported revenue of $7.69 billion against a $7.58 billion estimate. Adjusted EPS came in at $1.35 against a $1.28 estimate when the bank reported July 17. Fee income rose 13.2% year over year. The bank’s recent BTIG acquisition contributed to that fee growth. CET1 capital ratio: 10.8%. Notably, U.S. Bancorp raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $30.71 to $31.28 billion.

Two Who Waited

John Pancari at Evercore upgraded U.S. Bancorp from In-Line to Outperform and raised his target from $65 to $72. Vivek Juneja at JPMorgan upgraded from Underweight to Neutral, raising his target from $65 to $67.50. Pancari had been at the neutral tier at Evercore. In contrast, Juneja had been at the most bearish tier at JPMorgan.

Both waited a day after the earnings release. On July 17, nine desks moved their targets. Chris Kotowski at Oppenheimer also raised to $77, keeping an Outperform. Gerard Cassidy at RBC raised to $68, keeping an Outperform. Peter Winter at DA Davidson raised to $74, keeping a Buy.

Pancari tracks 27 stocks on AnaChart and has reached 78.68% of his price targets, with average upside of 20.53% in about 213 days. Before today, his last published USB target was $65.

AnaChart records 23 analysts on U.S. Bancorp over the last twelve months. The consensus target is $65.89. The high is Kotowski’s $77. The low is $46. USB stock trades near $64.
